If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, you must notify bet22ph immediately.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with bet22ph. 3.2 Accurate Information. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bet22ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law or regulation. 3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your bet22ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bet22ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you in advance.
5.1 bet22ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.4 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers. Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bet22ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bet22ph shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 bet22ph reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and to correct any such errors as soon as they are identified.

8.1 All content on the bet22ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of bet22ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9.2 bet22ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet22ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 bet22ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10.1 bet22ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, bet22ph reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bet22ph may forfeit some or all of the funds in your account, including any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
10.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting bet22ph customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.4 bet22ph reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, bet22ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
14.1 bet22ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.
14.2 The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.3.
